Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for choosing DTF Gang Roll!
We are committed to delivering premium print quality on every run. Because all custom DTF rolls, gang sheets, and transfers are made strictly to order, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds or process general returns unless a product contains a verifiable manufacturing or production error.

Manufacturing Defects & Order Inaccuracies
If your merchandise arrives with a flaw caused by our production line or an incorrect item was fulfilled, we are ready to assist:
1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at order@dtfgangroll.com.
2. Provide your order number, a summary of the defect, and high-resolution photos highlighting the issue.
3. Once verified and approved, we will issue a prepaid return label (if return of the physical goods is requested) or dispatch an immediate replacement at zero cost to you.
4. If a monetary refund is authorized, it will be credited back to your original payment method (including initial shipping fees) within 5 business days.

Apparel Size Exchanges (Garments Only)
We do not offer returns or exchanges on customized prints for personal sizing errors. However, for plain apparel items (such as blank T-shirts or sweatshirts), we allow size swaps under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You must notify our team within 14 days of delivery.
- Garment Condition: Apparel must be unwashed, unworn, scent-free, and in its original packaging.
- Shipping Responsibility: The buyer is strictly responsible for purchasing and providing their own tracked return shipping label. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Returns & Exclusions
- File & Artwork Errors: We cannot refund or replace prints stemming from low-resolution files, pixelation, color-space mismatches, or typos supplied in the original artwork.
- Transit Damage: If physical package damage occurred while in transit, notify us and immediately lodge a formal claim with the shipping carrier alongside photos of the damaged outer box and contents.
- Unsolicited Returns: Items returned without prior written approval from our team will not be processed.
